Curated EXPERIENCES for CORPORATE PROFESSIONALS outgrowing the spaces they’re in

The room you’re in changes what you believe is possible.

If the spaces that once made you feel successful now leave you feeling unseen, unfulfilled or misaligned, it might be time for a different kind of room.

The Right Room Collective brings together thoughtful, ambitious professionals navigating the space between the life they’ve built and the life they’re starting to want.

Think supper-club style gatherings with good food, thoughtful conversation, and genuinely interesting humans. Less autopilot achievement and performative networking. More honesty, curiosity, connection, and possibility.

You built the life.
So why doesn’t it fit like it used to?

Maybe nothing is actually wrong.

You’re at an event surrounded by smart, successful people. The conversation is good. The wine is good. Everyone is perfectly lovely.

Someone asks what’s next for you, and you hear yourself give the answer you’ve given a hundred times before. It sounds impressive. It’s technically true. Yet somehow, it’s nowhere near the truth.

The conversation moves on to promotions, investments, the next career move, the next responsible milestone. You know how to have this conversation. You’ve been having it for years.

But lately, you’ve started craving a different one.

That’s the strange thing about outgrowing a room.

Sometimes the room hasn’t changed at all. But YOU have.

You can’t spreadsheet your way into alignment.

So you do what capable people do when something feels off: you try to figure it out.

Maybe you take another certification to collect more letters after your name.
Read another self-help book or podcast.
Optimize your routine.
Or book the trip because maybe you just need a break.

Because figuring things out has always worked before.

But it’s hard to imagine a different life when you’re surrounded by the same conversations and definitions of success that shaped the one you already have.

So you make new versions of familiar choices, while the questions underneath them remain.

And the longer you stay in rooms that reinforce who you’ve always been, the harder it becomes to see who else you could be.

The rooms we’re in shape who we become.

Some organize us around performance, where competence, polish, and certainty are rewarded.

The right ones organize us around possibility. They make space for curiosity, honesty, unfinished thoughts, and conversations that might take you somewhere unexpected.

The rooms that taught you how to succeed may not be the rooms that help you discover what comes next.

Because getting into the boardroom is one thing.

Finding the right room is another.

Your life changes in the rooms you’re in

Sometimes all it takes is one conversation to…

spark an idea you can’t stop thinking about

make a career pivot possible

start a friendship that goes beyond the room

give you permission to want something different

show you a way of living you hadn’t considered

The right room won’t hand you a blueprint but it can change what you’re willing to imagine.

Find the room you need right now

Different rooms for different parts of the journey

Room To Become

reconnect with yourself

Guided experiences that help you slow down long enough to notice what energizes you, name what no longer fits, and uncover clues about what you might want next.

Think Human Design, values and purpose work, life design, career exploration, and other tools that help you understand yourself in ways you can actually use.

Open Room

find your people

Connection-first gatherings where you can skip the elevator pitch, forget about collecting contacts, and have the kind of conversations that turn strangers into people you actually want to know.

Think supper clubs, happy hours, fireside chats, and thoughtfully curated gatherings designed for real connection.

Learn from people who have taken different paths, built interesting things, and figured out things you might be trying to figure out yourself.

Think entrepreneurship panels, honest conversations about money and wealth, and how people actually got from here to there.

  • new perspectives & opportunities to reflect

“There’s so much we can learn online, but being in a room hearing other people’s real experiences challenged my thinking in a completely different way. The conversations gave me new perspectives and an opportunity to reflect on my own life in a much more personal way. I left feeling positive, energized, and inspired.”

    - Katrina M., CPA

  • warm & introvert-friendly

“There was a warmth and honesty in the room that I’ve found almost impossible to find elsewhere. The whole experience felt thoughtful and intentional, and I was so engaged that I wasn’t watching the clock or thinking about when I could leave. Even as an introvert, connecting with people felt natural instead of awkward. It was such a refreshing experience.”

    - Brigitta C., Style Strategist

  • authentic connections

“The Right Room Collective showed me that networking and self-development don’t have to feel cheesy or like wasted time spent making inauthentic connections. The conversations felt genuine, and it was refreshing to connect with people in a way that went beyond the usual surface-level networking. This is the kind of space I’ve been looking for.”

    - Cindy H., CFA

  • real people sharing real experiences

“What made the experience so unique was the people in the room. It was such a diverse group of women who were willing to be real and vulnerable with each other, which was both refreshing and awesome. I was also introduced to Human Design for the first time and found it truly eye-opening. If you’re considering an RRC event, do it. I promise you’ll gain something valuable from the experience.”

    - Maryan K., CFA

  • inspring & thought-provoking

“The Right Room Collective created such a welcoming, safe, and inspiring space to connect with like-minded women. Even though I’m not in finance, I found so much value in hearing other women’s experiences with work, life, and womanhood. The guided self-discovery activities were fun and genuinely thought-provoking, and I left feeling inspired and connected. I’m so grateful I got to be part of the very first event.”

1:1 Mentorship

For the space between “what if?” and “I’m doing this”

Sometimes you don't need another room. You need someone in your corner.

This program is for finance professionals (CPAs, CFAs, etc.) who are ready to turn a career pivot or entrepreneurial what if? into something real.

I’ll be in your corner as you:

  • Figure out what you actually want. Explore your identity, values, strengths, and the kind of work and life you want to build next.

  • Design the life before the job. Get clear on how you want your days, time, energy, relationships, and work to fit together, then make career or business decisions around that.

  • Untangle the money stuff. Explore the beliefs, behaviours, and conditioning influencing your decisions using a Trauma of Money-informed approach, while getting practical about what you actually need financially.

  • Plan your exit without blowing up your life. Understand your numbers, build your runway, and create a realistic transition plan from where you are now to where you want to go.

  • Learn Business 101 without getting another degree. Understand the many hats you'll wear as a business owner, what actually matters in the early stages, and the lessons I wish someone had handed me when I started.

  • Turn the idea into something real.Work through your offer, priorities, systems, finances, and next steps so you can move from thinking about entrepreneurship to actually building it.

You bring the vision and the dream.

I’ll bring the strategy and support to help you make it real.

WHO BELONGS IN THE ROOM

For the ones who refuse to believe this is as good as it gets.

We can be proud of the lives we've built and still question whether they fit who we're becoming.

We can appreciate how far we've come without deciding this is where we have to stay.

We question the script, even when following it has worked pretty damn well so far.

We know how to command a room professionally, but we're craving spaces where we can show up as the rest of ourselves, too.

We want conversations that skip the small talk and get to the stuff we’re actually thinking about, with people we genuinely want to know beyond their job title.

We believe there are more ways to build a successful, meaningful life than the ones we've been shown.

We're optimistic enough to imagine something different and maybe just delusional enough to believe we can actually build it.

We don't need to have the next chapter figured out.

We're here for the evolution, the expansion, and everything we haven't imagined yet.

Meet the Founder

I started creating the rooms I wanted to be in.

Hiii 👋🏻 I'm Kristine Miguel, a Canadian CPA, entrepreneur, community builder, and someone who spent a lot of years doing exactly what I was supposed to do.

I built the career, collected the credentials, climbed the ladder, and eventually built businesses of my own. On paper, it looked like success. And honestly, a lot of it was.

But somewhere along the way, I realized I was craving something that I wasn't finding in the rooms I was in.

Not because I wanted to burn it all down. I just wanted to get past the polished updates and have the conversations that happen when the professional masks finally come off.

When “How’s work?” turns into “Do you actually like what you’re doing?”

When someone admits they’re questioning the career they worked so hard for, wondering what they’d do if money weren’t the deciding factor, or quietly trying to figure out who they are when they’re not busy being impressive.

That's why I created The Right Room Collective.

I'm building the community I wish I'd had earlier. The kind where you meet someone whose life makes you rethink what's possible for yours. Where an idea you've been quietly sitting on gets met with curiosity instead of skepticism. Where you can say the thing you've been afraid to say out loud and hear, “Me too.”

And we're just getting started.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Got Questions?
I got you.

The room you're in changes what you believe is possible.

You don't need your entire future figured out. You don't need a perfectly mapped-out plan. And you definitely don't need to burn everything down before you start wondering what else might be possible.

Sometimes it starts with something much simpler.

A conversation.
A new perspective.
A different room.

If you've been feeling the pull toward something deeper, more aligned, or more expansive, consider this your invitation to explore it.

We'd love to have you in the room.
